    OMGMA has partnered with CAMH to improve access to their half-day, online workshop for front-line staff called Customer Service and De-escalation Training.

    Dates (there are three options; register for only one)

    On this page, register for Tuesday June 17 from 1 to 4:30 p.m. 

    Other dates available:

    Wednesday April 9 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or Thursday May 8 from 1 to 4:30 p.m. 

    Cost

    $299 per person (CAMH does not collect HST)

    Participants per workshop

    Maximum of 20

    CAMH is strict on this. Once the 20 spots are filled for each workshop date, new registrants can add themselves to a wait list. 

    Your organization will be limited to having a maximum of two people at any one workshop. (Or a total of six across the three workshops.)

    Registration info

    Front-line staff from OMGMA member clinics/teams should register individually with a unique email address.

    When we get a set of 20 participants for a workshop date, we'll hand over the registration list to CAMH and they'll communicate with the registrants from that point on.

    Important notes from CAMH

    • The workshop will be delivered virtually by the facilitators through WebEx (hosted by CAMH). Please ensure that your registrants have the proper technical support to view and participate in the workshop (i.e., a good internet connection and audio and video capabilities).
    • The workshops may not be recorded under any circumstances.
    • Participants must do some eLearning before the workshop (details will come from CAMH) and complete an evaluation survey after the workshop.

    Important registration information

    • Members should log in to the website first to access member rates.
    • Program begins Wednesday morning and runs through Friday morning . We'll host an informal networking event on Tuesday evening.
    • We look after all your hotel reservations, with our access to discounted rates.
    • The conference package includes the educational program, two nights' accommodation (Wed & Thurs) at the all-suites Casino Rama Resort, and all meals.
    • "no hotel accommodation" option is available for local delegates or for one of two colleagues who wish to share a double hotel guest room.
    • You may book extra nights (extra charge, but at group rates) during registration (choose Tues Sept 9, Fri Sept 12, and/or Sat Sept 13)
    • companion (e.g., spouse, friend) registration fee is available to add during registration. (To join you at all meals/evening activities.)

    Want to attend your first OMGMA conference, but finances are tight?

    The first 10 members to register who have never been to an in-person fall conference before can receive a 50% discount on the early bird package fee (regular rate $895). Use registration type e) First-timer discount to get the special rate. First-come, first-served!

    Can non-members attend?

    Non-members who work with a current OMGMA member may attend at the non-member rate. Clinic managers and directors who do not yet have an OMGMA member on their team should join OMGMA, then attend at member rates.

    Each conference delegate should complete their own unique registration with a unique email address.

OMGMA's annual fall conference is the premier event for Ontario's medical clinic managers and the suppliers who support them.

Join us in September 2025!

We'll be at Casino Rama Resort in the Orillia area, Wednesday, September 10 through Friday morning, September 12, 2025.

For those arriving early, we'll gather for pre-conference networking in the hotel lounge on Tuesday evening, September 9. Exhibitor participation is from Wednesday lunch through Thursday lunch. Exhibitor/sponsor registration will open soon!
