  • Two evening events included:

  Tuesday: Dinner at the DoubleTree followed by keynote speaker Ilona Dougherty, expert on harnessing the potential of young people and making the most of your intergenerational team

  Wednesday: Dinner and drinks at London's popular Toboggan Brewing Company

  • Talk to exhibitors showcasing their latest products and services (new suppliers each year!) See who has confirmed attendance so far
  • Head back to your team with a fresh outlook and loads of information and ideas

  

  Registration information

  • Members should log in to the website first to access member rates.
  • NEW schedule for 2024! Program begins Tuesday afternoon and runs through Thursday afternoon. You may wish to gather informally on Thursday evening.*
  • We look after all your hotel reservations, with our access to discounted rates.
    
  • The conference package includes the educational program, two nights' accommodation (Tues & Wed), and all meals.
  • A "no hotel accommodation" option is available for local delegates or for one of two colleagues who wish to share a double hotel guest room.
  • You may book extra nights (extra charge, but at our group rate) during registration (Mon Sept 23 and/or *Thurs Sept 26)
    
  • A companion (e.g., spouse, friend) registration fee is available to add during registration. (To join you at all meals/evening activities.)

  

  Can non-members attend?
  

  Non-members who work with a current OMGMA member may attend at the non-member rate. Clinic managers and directors who do not yet have an OMGMA member on their team should join OMGMA, then attend at member rates.

  Each conference delegate should complete their own unique registration.

  Come to the 54th annual conference of the OMGMA! We invite you to participate as a conference exhibitor and reach your target market of medical clinic leaders from across Ontario.

  Exhibitor participation is on Wed Sept 25 and Thurs Sept 26.

  Conference timing

  • Exhibitor setup is Wednesday morning beginning at 10:45 a.m. Takedown is late morning on Thursday, then stay for lunch and participate in the prize draw. (Exhibitors often collect entries at their booth for a prize they provide.)
  • A rough schedule of events is outlined in the info package. Conference regulars will note that this year's schedule is different, to maximize your investment of time with us. We'll post the final agenda here closer to the date.

  Who we are

  • OMGMA has 230 members, all in leadership roles in group medical practices. They represent more than 3,000 physicians. We're expecting 85 to 100 managers to attend the conference.

  Your attendees
  

  • Your exhibitor package includes meals for one company representative, from Wednesday lunch through Thursday lunch. This includes our Wednesday evening dinner and networking event at Toboggan Brewing Co. 
  • You may add extra representatives during registration. Flexible options are available for your additional people.

  Reserve your own hotel accommodations
