The Minto-Mapleton Family Health Team is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centred primary care to a rural community. Physicians, nurses, mental health clinicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff work collaboratively to improve population health and access to care.

The FHT is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead the organization through ongoing growth, system transformation, and evolving community needs. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director provides strategic and operational leadership across the organization.
