Why you should attend

• OMGMA has 250 members, all in leadership roles in group medical practices. They represent more than 3,000 physicians. We're expecting 90 to 100 managers to attend the conference.
• Showcase your products and services during two dedicated trade show periods and join us at meals. Reconnect with your clients, meet prospects, and have valuable conversations with decision-makers.

Conference timing

• Setup is Wednesday morning September 16 between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Takedown is late morning on Thursday, then stay for the prize draw and lunch. 
• A rough schedule of events is outlined in the info package. We'll post the final agenda here closer to the date.

2. Join Thursday evening reception/dinner/activity (activity TBD) and Friday breakfast (extra charge)

Your attendees

• Your exhibitor package includes meals for one company representative, from Wednesday lunch through Thursday lunch. This includes our Wednesday evening dinner and entertainment.
• You may add extra representatives during registration. Flexible options are available for your additional people.

Reserve your own hotel accommodations

• Reserve by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, July 31 to get our group rates and secure your room(s) at Nottawasaga Resort. 
• Call 705 435 5501 and quote group code 426935. Do not try to book online.
• Our group rate is $225 + HST. Rooms in the OMGMA block are all Resort Rooms with two queen beds.
