OMGMA has partnered with CAMH to improve access to their half-day, online workshop for front-line staff called Customer Service and De-escalation Training.

Wednesday April 9 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or Tuesday June 17 from 1 to 4:30 p.m.
$299 per person (CAMH does not collect HST)
Maximum of 20
CAMH is strict on this. Once the 20 spots are filled for each workshop date, new registrants can add themselves to a wait list.
Your organization will be limited to having a maximum of two people at any one workshop. (Or a total of six across the three workshops.)
Front-line staff from OMGMA member clinics/teams should register individually with a unique email address.
When we get a set of 20 participants for a workshop date, we'll hand over the registration list to CAMH and they'll communicate with the registrants from that point on.
