Trent Hills Family Health Team, a collaborative team of health professionals, delivers primary health care, programs, and services to approximately 13,000 patients.

The preferred Executive Director candidate will possess a minimum of three to five years progressive management experience in medical administration, community health, or a social service setting; a Master’s degree in health administration (or related discipline) or a combination of an undergraduate degree with significant leadership/management experience; and solid Human Resources and Finance experience.

The Rideau Family Health Team is a well-established, proud multicultural family health team located in Ottawa. The team consists of a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals and administrative support staff, working alongside the Riverside Court Medical Clinic. The FHT is seeking a conscientious, enthusiastic, and experienced health care leader.

• One year (1) term (maternity leave replacement)
• Ideally full-time (40 hours/week); part-time negotiable
